Registration fees

All the fees are 22% Italian VAT included

* STUDENTS/TRAINEE/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL: The registration must be accompanied with certification issued by the affiliated Institution/ Department together with ID Card/ Passport.

Confirmation of Registration
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat

Payment
> By Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card)
or
> By Bank Transfer: Please note your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Please send us copy of the bank transfer to: info@rheumapreg2021.com. Kindly report on the bank transfer RHEUMAPRE2020 and Name/ Surname of the participant.

Cancellations
> Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to info@rheumapreg2021.com
> Cancellations received up to and including 25th March, 2021 will entitle the partecipant to 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
> Cancellations received after 25th March 2021 – No refund.

Name Changes
After April 22, 2021 name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed.
Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for further info.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold It
In the unlikely case that the “11th Conference on Repruduction, Pregnancy and Rheumatic diseases” cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
