The registration fee is available only for new registrations with an access to the virtual platform only after the
live Congress. All on-demand delegates will be able to obtain the CME certificate because the online platform
will track attendance of delegates in each session.

The online registration deadline will be: September 30, 2021

Confirmation of Registration
An invoice will be issued as written confirmation of your registration by the Organizing Secretariat

Cancellations
> Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to info@rheumapreg2021.com
> Cancellations received up to and including 15th July, 2021 will entitle the partecipant to 70% refund. 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
> Cancellations received after 15th July 2021 – No refund.

Name Changes
After July 30, 2021 name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT 22% included) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement participant will be required before the name change can be processed.
Individuals may make name changes only in exceptional cases. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for further info.

Unexpected Cancellation of the Event or Impossibility to Hold It
In the unlikely case that the “11th  Conference  on Repruduction, Pregnancy and Rheumatic diseases” cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
